No. There are no setup fees on any ZenFront plans.
Do I need to give you a Credit Card or other personal info to create a ZenFront?
The free trial plan can be used without providing us your credit card info. For all paid plans, you must submit a valid Visa or Mastercard number in order to create and maintain your ZenFront.
Do you charge any cancellation fees?
No. You are free to cancel your account at any time without incurring any penalties. It is your responsibility to save any artwork and order history prior to canceling your account.
Can I upgrade my ZenFront plan later on?
Of course you can. Actually, you can upgrade or downgrade your ZenFront depending on your needs at any time without incurring any penalties.
Can I add non-printing products to my ZenFront that I want to fulfill directly?
Yes. Of course you can. A ZenFront is yours to add as many custom products that you'd like. You can select from our catalog of products, upload your own product catalog or offer a mix of both. We notify you when we receive orders that need to be fulfilled directly from your warehouse.
What do you consider a SKU in your system?
Any unique product or variant of a product counts as a separate Stock Keeping Unit or SKU. ( e.g, if you have a red and blue shirt with small, medium and large sizes of each that would be considered 6 separate SKUs in our system.
